  Mr Harvey Tan had participate numerous competition in local badminton arena.Since young age he had been trained by local national coaches, Mr Kelly Wee Choon Eng.A good mentor since early years in Bukit Timah Community Centre on every weekend for badminton training.Harvey Tan also involve F & N Training Centre locate at Kathib stadium for continous improvement on his skills. He had possess quality training benefit from the peers and exposure on the badminton circuit.He had attended Singapore Olympics Badminton Courses at the Singapore Badminton Association conduct by Mr Finn, coach from Denmark. Former coach of great danish player 'Morten Frost' if you ever heard in the early years during the 1980-1990.Mr Tan had adapt adequate knowledge and training for beginner , intermediate and advance players on each progressive stage.Today, he can be seen at ACS Junior on Saturday and Choa Chu Kang CC to nurture young players as well for spar matches.
